Huge, comfortable leather couch “Cindy Crawford Design”, electrical adjustable. From the open, fully equipped kitchen you have a wonderful view over the pool area and the canal. Enjoy your breakfast coffee at the kitchen counter or on the dock, watching the fishes jump.
Directly next to the kitchen and the livingroom you find a closed office with free highspeed WLAN and a couch. Of course, WLAN is available in the whole house.
3 bedrooms for 6 persons. Masterbedroom with kingsize bed, direct access to the pool area and en suite masterbath with bath tub and walk-in shower. Second bedroom with queensize bed and spacious closet. Third bedroom with 2 twin beds. One shower/WC is accessible from the poolarea.
From Villa Sundown you have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, without having to cross any locks. We recommend you rent a boat for a few days and explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva by boat, you will love it!
