Two huge walk-in closets that connects the bedroom with the master bathroom, which offers a walk-through-shower and a detached bahtub. Junior suite with queensize-bed, third bedroom with a kingsize bed. The bathroom of the junior bedroom has a direct access to the pool area.

From the pool area you reach the captain’s walk and the dock, which is the perfect place to catch even the last sun rays. Over 50m2 538sqft space to put your favorite chair just the way you like it. The place to be to enjoy a drink just before dinner is ready.
Of course you can use the tremendous triple garage to park your Big-American-Car in it.
Rent a boat for a few days and explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva by boat. You will find the most secluded beaches, typical restaurants and seashells as much as you can carry. Boat delivery fee 200€ for this property.
