Luxury Villa Madison Garden – available from December

The luxurious and modern Villa Madison Garden is located on a salt water canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico in a quiet neighborhood in Southeast Cape Coral (Yacht Club neighborhood). You can reach the Caloosahatchee River within a few minutes by boat. Local shopping is also within a few minutes from the house.

The villa is a beautiful combination of West Indies style and a cool, stringent and modern interior design with Art Deco elements. The open architectural concept offers 2,600 sqft of living area. Special attention was paid to the selection of the interior design. Only natural stones were used. Marble flooring is used throug­hout the house. The floor area of the pool and lanai area were also completed in travertine.

From the spacious foyer, you can access the open living area in loft style. Next to the entrance is a small study / office. The designer kitchen boasts a classy ebony look impresses with handleless, extra-wide cabinet elements with hidden countertops. Built-in cook tops, sinks and appliances, including wine coolers, are integrated flush with the surface to accentuate the elegant and uncluttered look. Four bar chairs in Art Deco design invite you to enjoy a leisurely American break­fast at the kitchen counter.

Adjacent to the custom designed kitchen is the generously sized dining area for up to 6 people. Two elegant recliner sofas made of high quality Italian leather and an Eams chair are grouped around a modern designed open fireplace with 70 inch TV in the living area.

One of the biggest highlights of this villa is the 10-foot-high sliding glass door panels, which open up the entire length of the living and dining area to the covered lanai and disappear completely into wall pockets – open living in the truest sense of the word. A well equipped outdoor kitchen with high-quality gas grill adjoins the outdoor dining area for 6 people. A lounge corner with open fireplace and 60 inch TV invites you to spend some cozy hours. The entire lanai area can be secured by electric hurricane shutters (Cevlar).

Adjacent to the lanai is another highlight: A heated, oversized swimming pool (36 ft) with Jacuzzi – both with LED color lighting. You can, of course, moor your boat at the on-site boat dock with boat lift.

From the spacious master bedroom with king size bed and 58 inch TV you directly access the lanai and pool. The master bathroom offers a large shower, bathtub and dual vanities. A Greek black and white marble accent wall (Gatsby style) is the eye catching feature of the master bathroom. The guest bedrooms each feature a large 55 inch TV, king-size bed, and the guest bathrooms each have a vanity and shower. The junior master bedroom also has direct access to the lanai.

The laundry room with washing machine and dryer is located behind the 3-car garage. Free high-speed internet access (WiFi) is of course included.
