Port Charlotte is located on a peninsula about 50 miles (80 km) south of Sarasota and 25 miles (40 km) north of Fort Myers.

Two rivers cross Charlotte County: the Peace River and the Myakka River flow into Charlotte Harbor and from there into the Gulf of Mexico. The riverscape with its small islands provides the ideal surroundings for exceptional boat trips.

The tropical vegetation around Port Charlotte and the crystal clear waters of the ocean invite you to unwind and relax.
