Florida - the Sunshine State

Palm Beach: Society of the Four Arts

Touring Florida is a great way to discover the diversity of the Sunshine State:

Visit the theme parks and movie studios in Orlando, experience impressive space technology in Cape Canaveral or travel via West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale en route to Miami.

Alongside renowned hotels like the "Fontainebleau" and the Art Deco district on Ocean Drive, which experienced a renaissance since the popular series Miami Vice aired in the 1980's, Miami offers a multitude of shopping opportunities—from souvenir shops to the most exclusive fashion labels.

From Miami, you can travel to the southernmost point of the continental United States in Key West. After joining the famous Sunset Celebration in Key West, round off your evening with a visit to one of the many bars and restaurants in town.

On the long, relaxing drive back to Miami, you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and reflect on all the visited sights and attractions, as you pass through the Florida Keys and the Everglades, beyond untouched swamps that are home to Florida alligators and boast colorful flora and fauna. When you reach the Gulf of Mexico at the west coast of Florida, you can continue your relaxing vacation staying in one of the many Florida villas and vacation homes.

After relaxing and unwinding at your vacation home, you can enjoy one of the many day trips, for example, to the beautiful beaches of Sanibel or Captiva Island, that are a shelling lover's paradise. Apart from attractions such as the J.N. “Ding” Darling Wildlife Refuge, Florida offers a variety of shopping malls with hundreds of shops—from the exclusive shops at 5th Avenue to quaint and original shops and restaurants like "Tin City" in Naples.

No matter what you do—we wish you an enjoyable and relaxing Florida vacation.
